Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Arrives in 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 2 PM (AWST) will be dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).

 

Shipping Costs
Rate of $10 and $14 for over 500gm for standard shipping 
Free shipping on orders over $100.

Tracking & Delivery
All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, you can opt for Authority to Leave (ATL) or choose Signature on Delivery for added security.

We use quality packaging materials to ensure your clothes arrive safely and in the best condition.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
P.O. Box addresses are accepted for delivery.

 

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days, and we will assist you with filing a claim with Australia Post.
